Changed your mind? Return any standard item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Custom-sized or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please double-check your dimensions before ordering.

We'll send a prepaid return shipping label to your email within 24 hours. No cost to you — we cover the return shipping.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorised courier point near you.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
